Modern Warfare Level Cap: What's the Max Level?

Modern Warfare level cap has had a bit of a change in the latest Call of Duty iteration.

In Call of Duty entries in the past, as of Call of Duty 4, players leveled up in public matches to 55 and then had the option to Prestige. By entering the Prestige Mode, your base rank would be reset, you'd earn a new badge signifying that you chose the option and go again all the way to 55.

Level caps have changed, along with the amount of Prestige levels, in future Call of Duty titles, but things are different this time around.

Modern Warfare Level Cap: What's the Max Level?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's level cap is still 55, that hasn't changed. After hitting Level 55, however, now players will unlock 100 new levels to obtain. The first of which is called Officer Rank 1.

It's an interesting take on Call of Duty public match rankings considering how Infinity Ward will change ranks throughout the year. Will they be as important as a battle pass ranking? We'll have to wait and see.
