Modern Warfare Patch Notes: Latest Patch Helps With Stability and Crashes

Modern Warfare patch notes went live Monday as the second title update provided updates to the game's stability.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare released last Friday and fans are torn on the new title. Some complain the game's multiplayer suffers from the quality of maps. Others complain the actual multiplayer's mechanics are weak and promotes camping.

Regardless, more and more updates are welcomed as Infinity Ward listens to community feedback.

Modern Warfare Patch Notes: Latest Patch Helps With Stability and Crashes

Here's everything included in the Monday patch, according to an official Reddit post:

  • We've done work on the back end to help with stability and prevent crashes across all platforms. If you experience a crash, please let us know
  • Fix for a Special Ops Achievement that was not unlocking after completing all missions

Notably missing from the patch notes are reports from players claiming the Dead Silence field upgrade now works as it should providing complete silence.

Additionally, multiplayer designer David Mickner revealed on Twitter that Hardpoint hill adjustments went live for Hackney Yard, Azhir Cave, Rammaza, St. Petrograd and Arklov Peak.

Interesting these additions weren't in the official Reddit post, but if the Dead Silence change is true then fans should be happy.
