Modern Warfare Season 2 update is here and it's a massive download file one every platform. The size of the update varies from platform to platform but expect to be waiting around for a few hours while it installs.

Modern Warfare Season 2 Update: How Big is the Download?
- PlayStation 4 - 51 GB
- Xbox One - 68 GB
- PC - 67 GB
Despite the massive content drop, fans have flocked to social media to voice their displeasure over the sheer size of the update.
Paul Haile, Infinity Ward's Production Director on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare apologized in a series of tweets explaining how he and his team are working to reduce both the download size and disk footprint by pushing out new asset packs. He also went on to say that they are setting data up for better overall management to keep future updates during season rollouts from being as large as Season 2.

Modern Warfare Season 2 introduces a new battle pass, multiplayer maps, weapons and more. A classified mode also appeared in the game's menus with all signs pointing toward Infinity Ward and Activision adding a battle royale mode.
