New World Briar Branches: Where to Harvest

New World Briar Branches are one of the most sought after resources in gaming at the moment as many players are exploring the supernatural island of Aeternum for the first time.
Amazon Games' upcoming MMORPG New World centers around allowing players to carve their destiny within a living, hostile, cursed land, and invites players to venture alone or join others to support a growing civilization. As players journey, they'll find creatures, plants, stones and other resources that have been altered by the magic of Aeternum. In the quest "A Prickly Request," Barkeep Cormack tasks players with collecting a handful of Briar Branches, skinned rabbits and plucked turkeys in order to make a stew. Here's where to find some Briar Branches in New World.

New World Briar Branches: Where to Harvest
Briar Branches can be found by harvesting thorny Briar plants, which are commonly found in thickets along rivers across the map, such as in the northwestern part of Windsward near Stoutmarch.
Thankfully, unlike in the case of harvesting Water Mote, Briar Branches do not require players meet a specific harvesting level or have a certain tool to be able to interact with Briar.
In addition to finding two Briar Branches, players who harvest Briar will receive Thorny Vines and Firefly Baits as well.
The New World closed beta will end on Aug. 2 at 11:59 p.m. PT. After that, the game is set to launch Aug. 31, 2021 for PC (via Steam).
