A new Nintendo Switch leak has revealed even more Nintendo 64 titles that could be heading to the console.
Nintendo's re-release of a handful of its classic Nintendo 64 games has sparked a wildfire of attention. From suggestions for new additions to ire over being unable to remap the controls, it seems like most Nintendo Switch players have something to say about the Switch Online N64 expansion taking place. One user, in fact, has gone as far as to find out what other properties the company is planning to raise from the dead.
Leaker Uncovers Full List of N64 Titles Coming to Nintendo Switch
According to MondoMega (@Mondo_Mega), a data miner responsible for leaking the titles onto Twitter, there are 38 games currently planned for release via the Nintendo 64 Switch application. Of these, MondoMega was able to publish and/or allude to The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Super Smash Bros. (1999), Wave Race, and Mario Party (1998). Fans have since filled in the gaps to potentially including Paper Mario, Mario Golf, F-Zero X, and Kirby: The Crystal Shards.
MondoMega also mined from the Mega Drive, coming up with 52 titles of which a few flagship releases from SEGA's iconic blue blur appeared. These include Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Fans speculated that other popular titles such as Sonic the Hedgehog & Knuckles could join the list in the coming months.
Nintendo has yet to confirm or deny this leak. Additionally, it is currently unclear when or how the company plans on releasing these games on the Switch. DBLTAP cannot confirm any information surrounding either of these points at the time of writing.
