Nitr0 Returns to Team Liquid’s CS:GO Roster

Nicholas "Nitr0" Cannella has returned to Team Liquid’s CS:GO after a 14-month absence from being on 100 Thieves Valorant team. When announced around Dec. 7, 100 Thieves had announced that they would be transferring Nitr0, but where he would be transferred was the big question, as many speculated that he would reunite with Team Liquid.
Thank you so much 100T for the opportunity to compete under such a great organization. More on my future soon! https://t.co/GLIjoPGIb4

Having confirmed the public’s speculation, Nitr0 may play a big part in helping Team Liquid in improving their performance in the future for tournaments and competitions, as they haven’t been playing their best game compared to other teams, especially when Team Liquid placed 14th at the PGL Stockholm Major.
In an official video released on Team Liquid’s Twitter on Jan. 15, it premiered the return of their past member, Nitr0, as he returns to their CS:GO team. Initially having been on the team in January of 2015, until five years later did he go to 100 Thieves in order to assist in their attempts to rank higher in the semifinals VCT Masters Three Berlin.

Thankfully, Nitr0 is returning to a familiar team with former teammates Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski, Keith “NAF” Markovic, Joshua “oSee” Ohm, and Richard “shox” Papillon. Hopefully, this reunion will improve the overall standing of the team in future competitions such as the BLAST Premier Spring 2022 on Jan. 30, 2022.
With CS:GO players Stewie2k, FalleN, and Grim having left Team Liquid after the PGL Stocholm Major, in came the new, or at least newly returned players, with Nitr0, oSee, and Shox. As they make the 2022 roster, hopefully, we can see a better turnaround for Team Liquid.
