With the anticipated release of Overwatch 2 coming out soon, and the upcoming PVP beta, many are clamoring to see what the new hero, Sojourn can do.

Revealed through bits and pieces Sojourn's details have been a bit hazy, but there are some concrete details. Equipped with an automatic laser assault rifle Sojourn is a DPS character that can dish out a lot of damage with her main gun, along with it's secondarily equipped railgun. The railgun takes time to charge, and can do more damage the longer trigger is pulled back.

In addition to her damage based abilities, Sojourn also has movement boosting capabilities, as seen by her reveal in the Overwatch 2 gameplay trailer, with a rocket assisted kick/slide combo that can both enhance her movement as well as deliver damage. Finally, she has what seems to be a cybernetic arm cannon, hidden in her left arm. What this is, and what it does nobody knows for sure, and given its design could be anything from a grenade launcher to a portable shield.

Overall, all that can be confirmed from the trailer is that she's a mobile DPS, with an automatic rifle, secondary high damage weapon, and movement capabilities. If you think she sounds a bit familiar to Soldier: 76, you'd be right. Sojourn bears a striking resemblance to everyone's favorite grizzled old super soldier, from the main gun, to the movement, to even the overall aesthetic.

Hopefully the arm cannon, and potential other powers can help her to differentiate herself from the hero that's structured to transition new players into the game.
