Blizzard Entertainment has revealed the stand and ending dates for the Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Vol 2 event.
In a tweet published via the verified Overwatch Twitter account, players were finally greeted with the time frame in which they can expect this year’s Anniversary event. Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Vol 2 appears to be a mashup of previous events all rolled into one to pick up the slack following the Overwatch 2 PvP Beta.
Below, we’ve listed both dates and offered a brief explanation on what to expect.
Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Vol 2 Launch Date
Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Vol 2 will kick off on May 17 and run until June 7.
During this time, players will be able to unlock all of the cosmetics — emotes, voice lines, skins, and more — from previous events. This includes the PachiMarchi Roadhog skin that took center stage in the short debut clip published on Twitter. Its unclear whether the skins spotlit in the previous iteration of this event, Vol 1, will be included or excluded.
While the development team hasn’t revealed any events or similar challenges, we can assume players will see some repeats from the previous years or general challenges that rotate from event to event.
More information should arise as the event draws closer. We recommend players keep their eyes on any official Overwatch channels or their trusted news sources.
