Overwatch DPS Hero Tier List June 2020

S Tier

• McCree
• Mei
• Echo

The S Tier is a very diverse set of heroes that are the best at their respective jobs. McCree has high consistent damage and good self-peel. Mei is notoriously difficult to deal with because of her freezing ability. Echo, the newest hero, has been dominating the charts because of her mobility.

A Tier

• Soldier 76
• Reaper
• Tracer
• Doomfist
• Pharah

A Tier heroes are effective is a wide range of situations, but less decisive than S Tier. Reaper, Tracer, and Doomfist are incredibly effect at disrupting the back line and getting picks. Soldier 76 and Pharah are more consistent damage for the team.

B Tier

• Hanzo
• Genji
• Ashe
• Torbjorn
• Junkrat

B Tier heroes are good choices in the right hands and in specific situations. Hanzo and Ashe are the best snipers because they have more utility. Junkrat and Torbjorn are always fine choices because anyone can play them, but they are not the best at what they do. Genji is one of the most mobile heroes and can be very effective, but he is very difficult to execute correctly.

C Tier

• Sombra
• Widowmaker

Sombra and Widowmaker are the C Tier because they just don't stack up. Widowmaker only has a sniper rifle and has a very specific job that she is fine at. Sombra isn't as good as any of the other flankers and while her hack is neat, it just isn't enough.

The Rest

• Bastion
• Symmetra

Bastion still isn't very useful despite recent changes and Symmetra is incredibly situational and it is immediately obvious whether or not her tricks are working.
