The Overwatch Hero Experimental Patch Notes for Sept. 18 introduces one nerf and several buffs in Overwatch's Experimental game mode. There is no guarantee that these changes will be released but they are something to take note of.

In order to test out the nerfs and buffs, the new updates will be tested through the 2-2-2 Role Queue. Out of the six changes, there is only one nerf and that goes to Ashe. Ashe continues to be one of the more impactful heroes in the game but instead of adjusting her rifle's damage, the damage on her Dynamite will be significantly be reduced from 75 to 50. While this may seem like a sizable nerf, there is a reason why this update is being rolled out through the experiment.

Baptiste is the next hero to be changed and the buff is more of a compensation change for a previous nerf to his ultimate ability. His ability Amplification Matrix will decrease in cost by 15% which hopefully balances out the reduction in area-of-effect healing. Similar to Baptiste, Mccree will also be readjusted. The gun-slingers Combat Roll can now be activated in mid-air while also increasing the roll distance by 20%. His Flashbang stun duration also increases from 0.7 to 0.8 seconds.

Orisa will receive a more sizable buff that features a base armor increase from 200 to 250 and a projectile speed increase from 90 to 120 for her Fusion Driver. The final buff goes to Roadhog who will get a boost to his Chain Hook comb which will now pull targets 0.5 meters closer.

Many of the updates are readjustments to balance out these heroes after changes in previous patches. It remains to be seen which of these updates will actually release if any, but several of these changes could substantially affect gameplay.
