Phasmophobia Unblocked is the latest fallacious version of a popular game to pop-up on players' radars.
Well, that was fast! Despite its recent release through Kinetic Games, it appears that the popular paranormal investigative game, Phasmophobia, may already have some competition. One particular website has cropped up, claiming to host the full version of the game as "perfect entertainment for you and your buddies" without having to go through Steam.
Happy one month-iversary, Phasmophobia!
Phasmophobia Unblocked: Don't Fall for it
Phasmophobia Unblocked describes itself as "the unlimited and 100% full version of the game about ghosts and paranormal activities – Phasmophobia!"
In a short description below the game window, players are told the various stages of gameplay they can go through before hitting the maps. Essentially, this entails the noted contracting and searching out ghostly entities from the original title.
Upon playing, the game, itself, isn't entirely bad. The graphics are primarily 2D cutouts on a 3D surface with text dialogue options that walk you through the game. It functions as more of a story-driven game than that of its "predecessor." However, while bearing a similar core, players should be careful not to confuse this with the genuine version.
It appears that this website has several other versions of Phasmophobia available to play at the bottom of the page. These titles include All Ghosts, Phasmophobia, Phasmophobia Horror, and Phasmophobia 2.
The authentic Phasmophobia game is available on PC via Steam for $13.99 USD from developer and publisher, Kinetic Games. It is VR compatible but does not require a VR system to play.
