Phoenix Suns' guard Devin Booker named his Call of Duty: Warzone dream teams for both professional athletes and streamers.

Professional sports leagues are on hold amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and some athletes have pivoted toward streaming video games on Twitch. Call of Duty: Warzone has become the game of choice for many considering how popular and easy to pick up the game is in its short existence. Booker, one of the most popular stars in the NBA, has been streaming Warzone with notable faces in the scene along with raising money for COVID-19 relief.

Booker recently picked his two Warzone dream teams, one for athletes and one for streamers/esports athletes, in an interview with Liam McKeone of The Big Lead (a sister publication of DBLTAP under Minute Media).

LM: Who would be on your athlete Warzone dream team?

DB: I'd probably say Meyers Leonard, Ben Simmons and De'Aaron Fox. That's my top three.

LM: Who would be on your esports athlete/streamer Warzone dream team?

DB: I'd say Cloakzy, Nadeshot and FaZe Swagg.

Booker also mentioned that in a trios squad, he'd go with Leonard and Simmons as teammates.

In regards to his streamer team, there's no doubt it's a powerhouse lineup. Dennis "Cloakzy" Lapore rose to popularity on FaZe Clan during the Fortnite craze. He's since transitioned into a multi-game streamer and has been dominating Warzone. Matt "Nadeshot" Haag, founder and CEO of 100 Thieves, is one of the most popular faces in gaming. He's also a multi-time Call of Duty champion and X Games gold medalist. Booker's been spotted at NBA games wearing 100 Thieves merchandise and is a fan of the organization.

Booker also had a clip go viral during a Warzone stream where he found out from Nadeshot that the NBA season had been suspended because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Completing his dream team is Swagg, who recently joined FaZe Clan as a streamer. The content creator has more than 1 million subscribers on YouTube and rounds out what can be called a nasty squad.
