Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl Release Dates Announced

The long-anticipated Sinnoh remakes, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl officially launch exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on Nov. 19, 2021.

Nintendo and GameFreak are keeping up the tradition of remaking an older generation following the current generation's main game release.

It's time for the Sinnoh region to get a facelift, this time with a redesign more in the vein of chibi-style art - a design choice some didn't care for. Despite one's opinion on the character models, a new full Pokemon game is coming to the switch, and many people's chance to relive some nostalgia from playing the original DS games, or for the new blood to experience one of the really well-done generations.
