Pokémon Snap Available for Pre-Order Now!

A few new Pokémon Games have been announced over the last week coming this year. One of them, announced today, is Pokémon Snap, inspired by its 1999 predecessor on the Nintendo 64.

The game will be available on Nintendo Switch on April 30, and is available for pre-order now!

Pokémon Diamond and Pearl

Additionally, the other two Pokémon Games announced for later this year are remakes of the classic Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, released back in September 2006.

You can return to the adventures of the Sinnoh region with Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl in late 2021.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus Coming in 2022

Pokémon fans can also expect a brand new game coming in 2022, Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Combining new-age RPG gameplay and action with the core of past Pokémon games, you can explore the Sinnoh region and research, capture, and survey Pokémon you find to complete the first Pokédex in the region.

The setting of this story, however, is a bit different, taking place long before Pokémon League and trainers existed. Pokémon running free in the wild all around you make the environment even more special. You can choose among three starter Pokémon: Cyndaquil, Oshawatt, and Rowlet, to help you begin your adventure.

Pokémon TV

Classic Pokémon episodes are also available on Pokémon TV, beginning on March 12.

Special Pikachu Available for Shield and Sword

Lastly, for Pokémon Shield and Sword players, head over to the Pokémon official website to get access to a password, unlocking a special Pikachu with the Sing ability for your Pokédex in the game.
