Spotlight Hour in Pokémon GO occurs once a week, allowing a certain Pokémon to linger more in a player's vicinity. Recently, Pokémon GO featured Grimer and Mankey during its Spotlight Hours. The most recent Spotlight Hour event occurred on April 27 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m and feature Finneon.

While Pokémon GO has featured other Shiny Pokémon in the past such as a Shiny Smeargle and a Shiny Buneary, fans wonder if they could also catch a Shiny Finneon.

Unfortunately, Shiny Finneon is not in Pokémon GO. While the latest Spotlight Hour Event showcased Finneon, fans will be unable to spot a Finneon with unusual colors.

Is There a Shiny Finneon in Pokémon GO?

Pokémon GO's Spotlight Hour, however, will still allow players to gain double the amount of experience points.

Apart from Pokémon GO's Spotlight Hour, players have a higher chance of catch Finneon when implementing a lure at a pokestop. When walking around an area, players should use incense to increase the likelihood of running into Finneon. One could also obtain Finneon through hatching an egg.

Finneon is a Water-type Pokémon that was first released in Gen 4. It has a fish-like appearance and evolves into Lumineon after being fed 50 candies in Pokémon GO. Finneon's Shiny appearance includes a beige color scheme, with a brown forehead and two light pink dots on its tail.
