Pokémon GO Colorful Pokémon Have Been Revealed

The pictures revealed Galarian Ponyta and Rapidash hidden behind fall-colored trees. Niantic confirms the exciting news in celebration of the release of The Crown Tundra, part two of the Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass. The event takes place Oct. 22 at 9 p.m. ET and Oct. 23 at 9 p.m. ET. During the event, some Pokémon originally discovered in the Galar region will appear in the wild.

Galarian Ponyta, whose small horn hides a healing power, will be out there in the wild and be evolved into Galarian Rapidash. Ponyta has Psychic-type and Fairy-type moves as expected and evolves for 50 Candy. Trainers will also run into Galarian Farfetch'd. It first appeared during the release of The Isle of Armor (part one of the Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Expansion Pass). On top of that, Galarian Farfetch'd will be able to be evolved into Sirfetch'd if trainers successfully make 10 Excellent Throws with it as their buddy. Sirfetch'd retain its preference for complicated evolution triggers from Sword & Shield. Niantic added that new avatar items, including Crown Tundra Uniform, are available in the Style Shop for free.
