Pokemon GO's Spotlight Hour also gives players the opportunity to catch Shiny Pokemon. The Spotlight Hour that features Slowpoke, for example, will allow players to encounter its Shiny version.
Players should prepare for Spotlight Hours with a lot of Pokeballs and Pinap Berries in their storage space. It is also recommended to have some Ultra Balls and Razz Berries when encountering new Pokemon.
Pokemon GO fans can also activate Lures and Incense in order to increase the likelihood of running into a Shiny Pokemon. However, players still have 30 minutes to use the Lure during the Spotlight Hour.
