Pokémon GO Summer Solstice Event will be your chance to get some Pokémon you normally can't find in your region. Here's everything you need to know about the Solstice Event.

Pokémon GO Summer Solstice Event: Everything You Need to Know

From 8 a.m. June 19 to 10 p.m. June 24 in your local time, you'll be able to enjoy solstice themed activities in Pokémon GO.

Pokémon that are related to the sun and moon will appear more frequently in the wild and from eggs, and this will also be the first chance to catch a Shiny Clefairy in the wild. Previously, you had to get a Shiny Cleffa and evolve it.

Solrock and Lunatone will both be appearing in three-star raids during the event, regardless of your location. Normally, Solrock can only be found in the western hemisphere in North America, South America, and Africa, while Lunatone is only available in the eastern hemisphere: Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Also during the event, Solrock and Lunatone will change locations. On June 19 to June 20, Solrock and Lunatone will appear more frequently in their normal regions. From June 21 to June 22, they will appear in all regions. Finally, from June 23 to 24, they will swap, and Solrock will stay in the eastern hemisphere and Lunatone in the western hemisphere after the event.
