We've listed the four contenders included in this week's Pokemon UNITE free rotation feature.

Like most multiplayer online games featuring a set of collectible characters, Pokemon UNITE offers a free weekly rotation that randomly selects a set from the roster to be "free-to-play" for a distinct length of time. Typically, the number of Pokemon chosen to partake in this is four per rotation and the rotation, itself, refreshes every week.

Below, we've listed all four Pokemon players can play for free this week.

Pokemon UNITE Free Rotation: Nov. 7-13

The Pokemon currently available in Pokemon UNITE as part of the weekly free rotation feature are:

  • Blastoise
  • Garchomp
  • Greninja
  • Wigglytuff

As always, we've inserted a brief overview of each Pokemon below:

Blastoise is a ranged defender that primarily uses special attacks—and, therefore, benefits the most from special attack items. It is the water-type starter of the Kanto region and one of the original additions teased for the game. Its highest rated feature is Endurance followed by Support with Mobility and Scoring tied for third. Blastoise's passive ability, Torrent, gives a boost to its attack and special attack stats when at half HP or less. Those who enjoy playing Blastoise this week can purchase its UNITE license from the Aeos Emporium for 8,000 Aeos Coins or 460 Gems.

Garchomp is a melee all-rounder that specializes in physical attacks and, therefore, uses the base attack stat. Most trainers will recognize this Pokemon as the partner to Sinnoh League Champion, Cynthia. Its highest ratings are in Offense and Endurance with Mobility and Scoring tied for second. Rough Skin, its passive ability, applies to other melee attackers by transferring some of their own damage back onto them with every hit. Those who appreciate Garchomp can purchase its UNITE license from the Aeos Emporium for 10,000 Aeos Coins or 575 Aeos Gems.

Greninja is a ranged attacker that specializes in physical attacks. Therefore, it also benefits more from Attack boosts than Sp. Attack. Its highest rating is Offense with Mobility and Scoring tied for second. Players may find it difficult to play Greninja successfully due to its passive, Torrent—making this Pokemon more effective when kept at a lower HP total. Players can purchase Greninja from the Aeos Emporium for 10,000 Aeos Coins or 575 Aeos Gems if they don't already own it.

Wigglytuff is a melee special supporter that prioritizes special attack over regular attack. Despite its "support" role, players typically use Wigglytuff as a mixture of crowd control and muscle—essentially trading part of Snorlax's defense for mobility. Its highest rating is in Support with Endurance and Mobility tied for second and Offense and Scoring tied for last. Wigglytuff's passive, Charm, makes opposing Pokemon infatuated with it and approach it against their will for a short time on a cooldown. Players can purchase its UNITE license from the Aeos Emporium for 8,000 Aeos Coins or 460 Aeos Gems.

The next Free Rotation rollover will occur late on Sunday, Nov. 14.
