PUBG PC Update 4.2 Adds More Destructible Objects to Erangel

PUBG PC Update 4.2 went live Wednesday on the test servers for fans to try out before it hits live servers later.
PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS players were treated to an Erangel visual update with the start of Season 4. Update 4.2 incorporated two new aspects to the updated map: new Overcast weather and more destructible objects.
Overcast weather incorporates a new theme, but destructible objects creates for new gameplay moments. Here's everything you need to know.

The first mid-season Update of Season 4 brings the Erangel Visual Update to custom matches, numerous quality of life improvements, bug fixes and more.

PUBG PC Update 4.2 Adds More Destructible Objects to Erangel
Here's what was added in the patch notes for destructible objects:
- Additional destructible pylons and barricades have been added to Erangel. They can be destroyed by vehicles, weapons and explosions, but do provide limited amount of cover until they are destroyed
- Some existing objects which were previously indestructible are now destructible, such as traffic cones in Mylta.
