Raphaël Varane FIFA 22: How to Complete the Flashback SBC

Raphaël Varane has been a top center back in the world over the last few years, and in FIFA Ultimate Team, he has received dozens of special cards celebrating his performances. This includes a few Team of the Year cards in FUT as well. While he wasn’t featured in the FIFA 22 best 11, EA Sports have still given FIFA players a new Flashback Varane SBC in-game, celebrating his TOTY cards of previous years and performances for Real Madrid and France. 

The card had been leaked in the FUT community over the past few days, and now has officially arrived in FIFA 22. Here’s how to complete the Flashback Varane SBC in FIFA 22.

Varane’s Flashback SBC costs a total of seven squad segments to complete, all for a grand total of around 950,000 coins. Here are the SBC Requirements:

Varane looks like a TOTY caliber player with his boosted stats. His base gold card still features in some players' Weekend League squads because of how good it is for French and Premier League Teams, so expect this new Flashback Varane to be one of the most broken and popular defenders in the game. With 88 Pace and a staggering 93 Defending, Varane will be a tank in the defensive third, easily catching up to the best attackers in the game. 

Varane’s Flashback SBC will also be available throughout the rest of TOTY, so for SBC grinders, Varane is certainly obtainable. The SBC expires on Feb. 27, so if you have the fodder, we strongly advise trying to add him to your team, and be careful playing against him in opponents squads.
