One Apex Legends staff member has publicly teased the existence of an Apex Legends television show that may be in the works.

Riot Games' success with its television show adaptation, Arcane, has not gone unnoticed. Both longtime fans and those who remained on the outskirts of the company's IP, League of Legends, have been drawn in by the narrative. This has led those interested in other popular online titles to wonder if their favorite game will be next in line to receive the same treatment.

Is There an Apex Legends Television Show?

According to Tim Lewinson, a producer for Apex Legends, there just might be!

Jay (@Jehadyel), a freelance multimedia editor currently working with Exolved Esports, published his take on an Arcane-style intro sequence in which the property has been substituted with Apex Legends on Dec. 27, 2021.

This drew quite a bit of attention from Apex fans—including Lewinson, who retweeted the trailer via his official Twitter account around three days later. While he didn't exactly confirm the existence of an Apex Legends show, his tweet did point to rumors about it.

"I...have some conversations to follow up on come January," he wrote.

Fans were quick to catch on, replying to the tweet with enthusiasm about an upcoming Apex television show. At the time of writing, however, Lewinson hasn't followed up with fans or tweeted about the subject. That doesn't mean there's nothing going on behind the scenes, of course. It's still early in the month.

More information about a potential show could be waiting in the wings.

Those interested in seeing more of Jehadyel's work are encouraged to check out his website and YouTube channel which holds the higher quality upload of the Apex/Arcane trailer.
