League of Legends will celebrate its 10th anniversary with livestreams and events, developer Riot Games announced Tuesday.
The celebration will include a special edition of Riot Pls, the developer blog used to communicate priorities and motivations to the League of Legends community.
During the 10th Anniversary Edition of Riot Pls, the team will revisit highlights from League of Legends history and share the first information about this year's preseason changes and the next Teamfight Tactics update. The live stream is scheduled for Oct. 16 at 9 a.m. ET.
In its announcement, Riot Games announced that League of Legends sees 8 million peak concurrent players each day across all League of Legends regions. That number makes it more popular than the top ten games on Steam combined, and the biggest PC game in the world.
The announcement also revealed the newly revitalized League of Legends logo, pictured above.
