Risk of Rain 2 Future Characters: Could Bandit Be the Next Character?

Risk of Rain 2's developer Hopoo Games has yet to announce specific plans for which characters it will release next, but as its constantly developing new content for the game, a new character likely isn't far off.

Players have also dug into the game's files looking for clues. The most promising lead they've discovered so far is for a character called The Bandit. The Bandit was a popular character in the first Risk of Rain, upping his chances of making an appearance in the sequel.

Hopoo co-founder Duncan Drummond has cautioned players not to treat datamines as gospel, but players are still crossing their fingers for Bandit to make a return.
