Rocket League 1.82 Patch Notes have been released by Psyonix, just before the game goes free to play. There aren't many major bug fixes, but there is a welcome quality-of-life fix in 1.82.

The biggest change in 1.82 is that the game will now remember your playlist selection between sessions. This will make it just a little easier to go back into your favorite playlists for long sessions.

  • The Play Menu will now correctly remember the last chosen Competitive or Extra Modes Playlist between sessions
  • Casual playlists will also be saved and highlighted starting in our next update

Among this simple quality of life improvement, some other bugs have been fixed as well.
