Sakura Arborism is a World Quest in the Inazuma region in Genshin Impact. In the quest, the Traveler is tasked with finding and healing five Thunder Sakura trees in Kannazuka. This quest is one of the many that were added alongside the 2.0 Inazuma update that encourages players to explore the new electro-themed region.

Here's a walkthrough for how to begin the quest, the Thunder Sakura tree locations, how to heal the Thunder Sakura trees, and more.

Sakura Arborism Genshin Impact: How to Complete

To begin the Sakura Arborism quest, you'll first need to finish the World Quest "Tatara Tales," which can be unlocked at the Kujou Encampment in Kannazuka.

After you've completed that quest, head to the location on the map below, where you'll find a shrine maiden named Miyuki. Talk to her, and she'll tell you about the troubles with the Thunder Sakura trees.

Miyuki will point you to a treasure hoarder camp nearby, so head to the camp and defeat the treasure hoarders. Then, report back to Miyuki, and she'll ask you to remove the "Juvenile Antics" left by the treasure hoarders on the Thunder Sakura trees.

There are five total Thunder Sakura trees, marked on the map below:

Once you find a Thunder Sakura tree, approach it carefully, because it will start striking you with lightning that can deal tons of damage. Paimon will suggest finding a way to turn the electricity off in order to get close to the tree.

Use your Elemental Sight to look for a blue whirlpool of dust on the ground. Stand in the whirlpool and let the lightning target you, and then dash away before it strikes, so it hits the blue whirlpool. You can also use a shield character or healer to tank the damage from the lightning. Once the lightning has struck the whirlpool a few times, the electricity will turn off, and you can approach the tree. For certain trees, you'll need to do this for multiple whirlpools.

In the tree's trunk, you'll see a glowing object. Retrieve it, and you'll have healed the tree, and can move on to the next one.

After healing all five trees, report back to Miyuki. Then, investigate the treasure hoarder camp again and defeat the Fatui there. After defeating them, an Electro Hypostasis will spawn, which will be your final boss fight before you complete the quest.

In the end, talk to Miyuki again, and she'll reward you with 500 Adventure EXP, 60 Primogems, 40,000 Mora, and 4 Hero's Wit.
