Sapphire Skyblazer Shadowlands: What is it?

Players who purchase a six-month subscription to World of Warcraft can get the Sapphire Skyblazer for free.

Blizzard Entertainment released a new in-game mount for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, the Sapphire Skyblazer days after their newest patch release, 9.1, Chains of Domination.

Sapphire Skyblazer Shadowlands: What is it?

The mount is a crossover between models of past mounts, a Hippogryph and Dread Raven; the mount itself uses a new model. This mount is a flying mount, perfectly on queue with the new upcoming ability for players to fly in Shadowlands with the newest patch.

Players can access this mount as its available as an added bonus for players who purchase a six-month subscription to World of Warcraft. The mount can also be bought as a standalone for $25 in the same shop.

The idea of combining a mount with a fixed subscription is not a new one, as this has been repeated multiple times before. Add the fact that it was released after a new patch hit live servers, this is the perfect marriage.

Now, just in time for the new raid, Sanctum of Domination releasing today, as well as all of the 9.1 content that was released prior, players can sport a new mount.
