Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is not an easy game. After its release, debate arose across the internet about potentially making the game easier. If you're a PC player, mods have begun to be released that allow you to make various tweaks in the game.
Sekiro Speed Mod
The mod "Sekiro FPS Unlock and More," available here on NexusMods, allows players to change basically anything about the game. You can unlock the frame rate, add custom resolutions, and unlock 21:9 widescreen resolution. The mod also lets you change the speed of the game. What does that mean?
With this mod, you can change the speed of both the world and the player. This means that if you're having difficulty with a particular section, just slow down the enemy until you defeat it.
