Kyurem is weak to Fairy, Steel, Rock, and Fighting-type attacks in Pokémon GO, counters include Lucario and Conkeldurr. Other Pokémon Go counters to incline the weakness of Kyurem also include Rhyperior, Machamp, and Metagross. Kyurem is a Dragon and Ice-type, and it is boosted up by wind and snow. Kyurem's regular CP is 2,042 maximum, while its maximum CP when boosted up by wind or snow is 2,553.

Sadly, Kyurem cannot be Shiny in Pokémon GO.

There is no ability to have a Shiny Kyurem in Pokémon GO, which disappointed many players in the community who have been dedicated to the game for all this time. While players have expressed their grief, they are still excited to tame this beast of a Pokemon.

Kyurem will show up in five-star raids until Jan. 1 at 4:00 p.m. ET, a Raid hour will happen every Wednesday from 18:00 until 19:00 local time through December.
