Space Groove Samira will land on the League of Legends Public Beta Environment during the Patch 11.7 PBE cycle. That means it will likely see release in that patch, but Riot Games has yet to confirm a release date.

How to Get Space Groove Samira

Space Groove Samira can't yet be obtained. When Riot Games release it, it will likely be purchasable through the in-game shop using RP. Additionally, once the skin is available, players will be able to get a skin shard and craft it in the loot tab. Of course, this isn't a guaranteed method.
