Syndra and Graves Nerfed in League of Legends Patch 10.11

Syndra and Graves appear among the champions nerfed in League of Legends Patch 10.11, set for release Thursday.

As one of the strongest mid lane champions in current League of Legends, Syndra will have her stun's cooldown increased to make her more vulnerable. Graves, who excels at the higher levels of play, will have his Lethality-based power dropped along with his AD ratio.

Also nerfed in the patch are Janna and Talon, while Fiddlesticks, Gangplank, Hecarim, Kai'Sa and Lux receive buffs. See the full list of changes below.

Patch 10.11 will also bring changes to marksman champions and the Volibear rework to live servers.

League of Legends Patch 10.11 Champion Changes

Fiddlesticks

A Harmless Scarecrow (Passive)

• Time before effigy posing increased from one second to two

Terrify (Q)

• Fiddlesticks' abilities now Terrify enemies if cast while he is posing as an effigy.

Bountiful Harvest (W)

• Minion damage reduction decreased from 60% to 40%

Gangplank

• Base attack speed ratio increased from 0.658 to 0.69

Powder Keg (E)

• Gangplank's barrels no longer stack bonus Sheen damage when chained

Graves

End of the Line (Q)

• First shot damage ratio decreased from 1.0 bonus attack damage to 0.8 bonus attack damage

Hecarim

Rampage (Q)

• Base damage increased from 55/95/135/175/215 to 60/102/144/186/228
• Minion damage reduction increased from 33.3% to 40%

Janna

Zephyr (W)

• Base damage decreased from 55/90/125/160/295 to 55/85/115/145/175

Kai'Sa

Icathian Rain (Q)

• Damage ratio increased from 0.35 bonus attack damage to 0.4 bonus attack damage

Killer Instinct (R)

• Range increased from 1,500/2,000/2,500 to 1,500/2,250/3,000

Lux

Lucent Singularity (E)

• Detonation slow increased from 0.25 seconds after damaged by E2 to one second after damaged by E2

Syndra

Scatter the Weak (E)

• Cooldown increased from 16/15/14/13/12 seconds to 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

Talon

Noxian Diplomacy (Q)

• Mana cost increase from 30 to 40
• Heal on kill decreased from 20-71 (levels 1-18) to 10-70 (levels 1-18)
