Mages step aside because this time the one to win a leveling race is actually a Warlock player! Hacez of the guild Progress on the EU server Firemaw became the first player to reach the max level of 70.

While not your typical leveling speed run class like Hunter or Mage, Mage especially is great at cleaving large packs, particularly non-elite enemies in the overworld. As expected, Mages began to conquer the leaderboards, but it seems the resilience and determination from Hafez trumped any Blizzard spam.

After it was all said and done, Hacez spent ~14 hours of gameplay to reach the max level. Hacez did the tried and true method of spamming dungeons, and with the Warlock's juiced up DPS this expansion combined with Hacez's skill as a Warlock, he crushed the race.
