The Division 2 Nemesis Exotic Sniper Blueprint Location

The Division 2 Nemesis Exotic Sniper blueprint location is fairly easy to find, but you need to unlock it first. The Nemesis is apart of the new weapons and armor that arrived with the Tidal Basin Stronghold and World Tier 5 additions.
It's a rather convoluted process.
The Division 2 Nemesis Exotic Sniper Part Locations
Play the Tidal Basin Stronghold until you get the "Acquire the Antiviral objective." You'll need to get the Black Tusk Keycard for later in the mission. Before you board the hoverboard at the end of the mission in the room where you’d turn right to progress through the Stronghold mission, hug the wall to the left to find a door with a keypad. Use the keycard. You'll find a Adrestia SR1 Sniper Rifle and you need to dismantle it. That will give you The Tally Marksman rifle scope and three words in the description: Klutz, Shorty, and Prime. That's the Invaded bosses names, so defeat them for the rest of the parts.
The Division 2 Nemesis Exotic Sniper Blueprint Location
Puck in the Grand Washington Hotel Mission drops the blueprint, but it's not guaranteed, so just use the Invaded mode and kill Puck over and over again until it drops.
