The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor is well on its way to launch—and the hype is real. The ESO family hungers for your arrival with a plethora of information to lure in new prey. Below you'll find our guide with everything you need to know to plunge back into the icy fray of Skyrim.

The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor Release Date

The release date for Greymoor is May 18 for PC/Mac players and June 2 for console.

This is the start of a year-long adventure through the "Dark Heart" of Skyrim, so players should expect additional releases in tandem with Greymoor as the chapter's story progresses.

All information about this title's release date can be found here.

The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor Pre-Orders

Even though the release date is still months away, players don't have to wait to pre-order the expansion. Greymoor is currently available for pre-order through all platforms—including consoles, who have to wait an extra few weeks to play.

Pre-ordering the game nets you several exclusive rewards that will only be available for a limited time.

The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor Trailers

There is only one trailer out for Greymoor at the time writing. However, we can learn quite a bit about it.

This trailer features our stand-in hero doing his best to take down a dark, vampire threat with another favored character: Lyris Titanborn. We haven't seen much from Titanborn since the end of the "main quest" a few years ago. Additionally, there hasn't been a lot of new twists on the vampire skill system since release.

More information about the trailer and what it could mean can be found here.

The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor Collector's Edition

Bethesda tends to give players multiple options when pre-ordering their games so each individual can choose the best pack for them. Greymoor is no exception. It features several "collector's editions", though the most prominent is the physical one.

The Greymoor Physical Collector's Edition gives players a jarl's share of loot including a vampire lord statue, signature coins, a steelbook, a map, and an extra month of pre-paid ESO Plus.

There is also an "upgrade" for pre-existing players that includes digital rewards such as a Death Hound pet, Crypt Warden Death Hound mount, a new memento, and Swordthane armor-style.

These are also available in the physical edition as well as immediate access to all previous chapters.

The Elder Scrolls Online Greymoor System Requirements

The requirements to run Greymoor on your computer are:

  • Processor: Intel® Core i3 540 or AMD A6-3620
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVidia GeForce 460 or AMD Radeon 6850 with DirectX: Version 11.

This may be subject to change, however, as a new update promises to help smooth out the game tremendously. It's possible that ESO may run easier after Update 25 goes live, but this is purely speculation. We still recommend you have the minimum specifications listed above.
