The Last of Us Part II PlayStation 3 Easter eggs are littered in various locations in the game. In fact, there are a variety of Easter eggs in the game, but it is kind of hard to focus on or even notice them for that matter as most of the time you are too busy trying to not be murdered.

Nonetheless, we break down here the numerous locations you can find not only PlayStation 3 systems, but various accompanying games as well that tie somewhat into the story narrative of Naughty Dog’s ambitious storytelling epic.

The Last of Us Part II PlayStation 3 Easter Egg Locations

The first PS3 you encounter is in Ellie’s home, where she has a copy of Uncharted 2 and Jak & Daxter. Both the console and the accompanying games were pre-Outbreak Day (Sept. 26, 2013, the day the Cordyceps Brain Infection ended civilization as they know it).

One interesting note is that although you can find copies of Uncharted and Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3 is conspicuously missing. For those who remember Uncharted 3 had its own Easter egg in reference to The Last of Us, so its inclusion might create a cross-reference paradox by existing in the same universe as the game in references. Very odd indeed.

Here are the remaining locations of other PS3s and Naughty Dog game references that are known so far:

1. Nathan Drake's Ring (Uncharted)

You can find Nathan Drake’s ring in the Westlake Bank. After opening the vault using the combination 602306, you’ll find a Pump-Action Shotgun right next to a corpse.

In the North-Eastern corner of this room, behind the trolley of money, you’ll find an engraved ring inside of a drawer. Collecting it unlocks the ‘So Great and Small’ trophy for The Last of Us 2.

2. Precursor Orb

A Precursor Orb, an homage to Jak & Daxter can be found as a collectible in the Hostile Territory chapter.

Head into the Ruby Dragon early on in the chapter. It can be found down the street from Jasmine Bakery.

Kill the clickers inside, and jump across the gap into a building on the opposite side. In the very first room, you can find an Artefact by the name of Jasmine Bakery Safe.

Inside this room, investigate the table against the wall. The Artefact will be resting on top. Collecting it will unlock the ‘Relic of the Sages’ Trophy.

3. Jak X: Combat Racing

You can find an Arcade Cabinet for Jak X: Combat Racing, which was released way back in the days of the PS2.

In The Last of Us Part II's universe, an arcade cabinet seems to have been dedicated to the game. It is found during the Flooded City chapter inside the abandoned arcade.

4. PS Vita

You can find a WLF member playing on a PS Vita. He will drop it on the ground after being killed unfortunately, never to be played again - not unlike the real PS Vita.

5. Hotline Miami

That PS VIta never to be played again? Yeah, you can actually find out that the poor sap was playing Hotline Miami.

Listen carefully enough and you can clearly hear its soundtrack.

6. NSFW

During the raid on Eugene’s bunker, you’ll come across a very strange DVD in his porn stash labeled, Smash Brandi’s Cootch. It’s plain as day as to what it's referring to, but best to not think too hard on this one.
