Timer in the Fortnite Lobby is counting down to the end of Chapter 2 Season 2, but what will it actually entail? In Fortnite Patch 12.60, Epic Games added more files for the season-ending event, and data miners have gone to work on discovering the contents.

In the data mined info, you can now see a large in-game clock countdown above the Agency. It has yet to appear in-game, but you can find a timer inside the Fortnite lobby now.

Timer in Fortnite Lobby: What Does it Mean?

The countdown clock inside the Fortnite Lobby is directly connected to the next season-ending event set for this coming Saturday on May 30. No one exactly knows what will happen, but there is a large nuke/bomb inside the Agency set to be fired, so most player believe it will hit the map causing a large change.

Some theorize it will be covered in water, which makes some sense as Epic Games has definitely gone a more aquatic route in Chapter 2 with the addition of boats, swimming, and fishing.
