1. Just Shapes and Beats

Just Shapes and Beats is not a new game, but few people know about it or have played before. It is a rhythm game combined with a bullet hell that follows the simple story of a cube. The game is the most fun when played with one or more friends. Players likely won't recognize the music, but the game is easy to understand and play, and it is a lot of fun.

2. Good Job!

Good Job! is a fun, lighthearted game where players work their way through a company. The game is silly and the goal is to solve problems either quickly or carefully without breaking things which makes it a lot of fun to choose a strategy. The only drawback is the game is limited to only two players.

3. Moving Out

Moving Out is another light-hearted game that laughs at physics. Moving Out gets more difficult as players progress through the story and can be played by up to four players. Moving Out is far more coordinated chaos than Good Job! so players can't get as destructive.

4. Crawl

Crawl is not an incredibly new game, but it also isn't as old as it appears. Any player that still hasn't tried it really should. It is designed to look and feel like an old arcade game, but unlike the other games on this list, players are competing with each other. Only one player is alive at one time and the other players are ghosts that can take the form of monsters and traps to try to beat them and escape the dungeon.

5. Luigi's Mansion 3

Luigi's Mansion 3 is best for two people because they can play through the story. Once players have beaten the story they can play online in the ScreamScraper which has a range of challenges not found in the story mode. The multiplayer mini-games for groups of people are not as fun as the other games on this list and cost extra.
