Even after Fortnite OG brought back several Chapter 1 Season 1 skins, five of the rarest skins in Fortnite Chapter 5 have still not been seen in years.
Epic Games ended Fortnite Chapter 4 with a month dedicated to the OG map, weapons, and mechanics from 2017. The Item Shop also featured daily rotations of fan-favorite, rare skins, like OG Black Widow and Crystal, that had not been seen in the Battle Royale for thousands of days. Despite the surprise additions throughout November 2023, there are still a handful of skins that remain elusive as ever.

5. Kratos
God of War protagonist, Kratos, came to Fortnite in Chapter 2 Season 5 as part of the Oathbreaker Set. The collaboration added Kratos to Fortnite's Gaming Legends Series for a limited time in Fortnite Zero Point. Those on PlayStation 5 could even unlock the Armored Kratos alternate style back in 2021 before the opportunity (and the skin) disappeared.
Kratos was last seen in the Item Shop 1,004 days ago.
4. Honor Guard
Honor Guard is an underrated Fortnite skin that most casual players will not even remember. Only those who purchased an Honor View 20 received the Honor Guard skin in Fortnite. The promotion ran throughout the first few months of 2019.
The skin was never available in the Fortnite Item Shop.
3. World Warrior
World Warrior, although not as iconic as the final two skins on our list, is still as rare as they come in Fortnite. The skin was part of the World Cup exclusive set in 2019 as the best Fortnite players in the world battled for millions of dollars on LAN. Since there was only ever one Fortnite World Cup, it makes sense that World Warrior never made another appearance in-game.
