Perhaps EA Sports is also a little more lenient in who receives upgrades as well.

Perhaps EA Sports opts to give Sergio Ramos an in-form as well considering he hasn't received one yet. He scored his first league goal for PSG against Reims and also kept a clean sheet. Considering there will be five PSG players available in packs for the full TOTY squad, players will already be grinding the Ligue 1 Upgrade SBCs.
