Tracer, D.va Changes Go Live in Overwatch Halloween Terror Patch

Tracer and D.va changes went live Tuesday in the latest Overwatch patch, which also includes Overwatch Halloween Terror 2019. Here are all the hero changes:

Overwatch Patch Notes
Roadhog: Scrapgun ammo increased from 5 to 6
Winston: Shield health was buffed from 600 to 700, while it's duration was increased from 6 to 9 seconds.
Baptiste: Immortality Field health decreased from 250 to 200.
Lucio: Speed boosts increased on Cross Fade, Amp it Up, and Wall Ride abilities.
Sigma: Kinetic grasp can no longer block Chain Hook or Whip Shot, while Gravitic flux's high gravity effect was shortened from 1.2 seconds to 0.9 seconds.
D.Va: Regeneration rate was boosted from 12.5% to 16% per second. Regeneration delay was also shortened from 1 second to 0.75 seconds.
Symettra: Photon Barrier damage reduced from 15 to 12 seconds. Damage per second on the sentry turret has been decreased from 50 to 40.
Orisa: Barrier cooldown was shortened from 10 to 9 seconds.
Tracer: Damage falloff from the starts at 13 meters, increased from 10 meters.
Sombra: Translocator cooldown increased to 6 seconds.
Doom Fist: Rocket Punch's recharge time increased to 1.4 seconds. Shield health gained per hit was reduced from 35 to 30.
Moira: Biotic Grasp's self-healing reduced to 20 health per second.
Mercy: Extra beams created by Valkyrie can now avoid enemy barriers.
