The Tribes of Midgard System Requirements are crucial for PC players to know beforehand to ensure their gaming hardware will be capable of delivering the experience Norsfell are aiming for.

Here are the minimum and recommended specifications for those looking to play Tribes of Midgard when it releases on PC.

Tribes of Midgard System Requirements: Recommended Specs

Those on PC should try to make sure their rig's specs are around the ballpark of these recommended and minimum requirements by the time the new co-op action survival RPG game arrives later this month.

Here are the recommended PC specs for Tribes of Midgard:

  • OS: Windows 10 64 Bits
  • Processor: Intel Quad Core i5-2300 or AMD FX-6300
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Ti/970 (High Settings) and 1070 (Ultra Settings) or AMD R9 290/AMD RX480 (High Settings)
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 8 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

Players running solo, or with up to nine others, will be able to choose from eight different Einherjar—glorious Viking heroes in Valhalla—and set off into the world of Norse to fight giants and beasts in classic top-town combat.

With crafting, building and progression systems, players will be able to customize their Vikings to adjust for the various boss battles and unique weather effects that occur within the game's vast, procedurally-generated world.

Post-launch, Norsfell say Tribes of Midgard will receive continuous updates and seasonal content to keep the game fresh, and maintain an "ever-evolving world that lets you live out the myth of Ragnarök in all of its aspects."

Tribes of Midgard will release on PS4, PS5, and Windows PCs (via Steam) on July 27, 2021.
