Valorant Patch 3.01 Agent Tier List

Valorant Patch 3.01 brought some bug fixes for Agents, but not a lot of meaningful changes to Agents and their balance. Of course, with the benefit of hindsight, after Patch 3.00, some Agents shifted around in the Patch 3.01 tier list.

Here's how Valorant's Agents stack up in Patch 3.01.

Valorant Patch 3.01 Agent Tier List

S Tier - Cypher, Killjoy, Omen, Sage, KAY/O

Similar, but not quite the same. Cypher, Killjoy, and Omen remain in S Tier, with Sage's stock rising. The price jump for Sage's Barrier Wall (C) has deterred some players from using Sage, but on the other hand, it has encouraged smarter play with the wall, helping Sage get her groove back. The newest addition to S Tier, KAY/O, is a no brainer, with ZERO/point (E) providing a game-changing effect for his teammates and opponents.

A Tier - Viper, Jett, Sova, Raze, Skye

A Tier features the same crew previously, although with Patch 3.02 on the horizon, that may change. With Jett, Sova, and Raze, it's the price changes from 3.00 still holding them back, especially Raze. 400 credits for her Boombot (C) is a steep cost, and that keeps her from her S Tier potential for now.

B Tier - Brimstone, Phoenix, Astra, Reyna

The differences between A Tier and B Tier Agents are perhaps the slimmest yet. Brim, Phoenix, Astra, and Reyna are all talented, and can beat even S Tier Agents with the right player. With her demotion from A Tier, Reyna fans might be disheartened, but with her feast-or-famine abilities, B Tier is the right spot for her.

C Tier - Breach, Yoru

C Tier, unfortunately, receives no changes. Yoru has great potential, but his utility requires high-level play to compete with other Duelist options. And compared to his Initiator counterparts, Breach isn't nearly as strong as Sova or Skye. Patch 3.02 might bring hope for Breach mains, but they shouldn't count on it.
