Valorant tank teset will occur after the beta closes on May 28. You'll have your competitive rank and other progress reset after the closed beta concludes, but there is some good news. You'll keep certain rewards you've earned.
Riot Games detailed the terms of the beta closing in an announcement on the official Valorant site by Communication Lead Chris “Pwyff” Tom.
Valorant Rank Reset: Will Your Beta Rank Carry Over?
As Valorant transitions to full launch on June 2, you'll lose most of your beta progression. You won't get to keep any of the purchases you've made in the shop, but you'll get back all of the Valorant Points you've bought whether you spent them or not, with a 20% bonus. You'll be free to spend them again when the Valorant launches.
Rewards you've earned in the closed beta player pass will be preserved, but all other progression will be reset.
Of course, that means your competitive rank resets as well. Everyone will get a fresh start when the game goes live on June 2.
The last call for closed beta games will be May 28 at 9 p.m. PT. At 10:30 p.m., the servers will be taken down for maintenance as the game readies for full launch.
