The Vitalized Dragontooth in Genshin Impact is an important quest item in the game. Released in the December 1.2 Dragonspine update, the Vitalized Dragontooth is a necessary ingredient for a world quest. Here's everything you need to know about it.
To even get Vitalized Dragonteeth, players first need to get the Strange Tooth item.
As you can see, there are a ton of places to find Strange Teeth in Dragonspine. They do end up respawning three days so players that put in effort shouldn't find themselves with a lack of them. After collecting at least four Strange Teeth, players can begin the process of turning them into Vitalized Dragonteeth by going to Wyrmrest Valley.

The reason players must go to Wyrmrest Valley is because of the dragon core there. By using the dragon core, the Strange Teeth can absorb its vitality and become Vitalized Dragonteeth. To begin the process, players must use four Strange Teeth, and they'll receive four Vitalized Dragonteeth in return
After collecting eight Vitalized Dragonteeth, players can finally use it for it's real purpose, forging the Dragonspine spear. Along with a Northlander Polearm Billet, which can be obtained through weekly bosses or the Liyue Souvenir Shop, 50 Starsilver ore, another material in Dragonspine, and a small amount of mora, players can use the Vitalized DragonTeeth to forge the spear.
For now, it appears that Vitalized Dragonteeth are only needed for the Dragonspine spear. However, it's possible that they may become useful again some time down the road, as they can still be collected and created after forging the spear. Just in case, hold on to them for the future.
