One Call of Duty leaker has revealed a set of new information regarding Warzone's upcoming annual Halloween event.

Details were leaked by @TheGhostOfHope, a member of The Cheeseburger Boys (@Cheezburgerboyz) data mining group, on Twitter. According to them, the event will be named "All Hallows Eve" and feature a new zombies mode with elements of the latest main series installment, Vanguard, as well as a pair of Halloween horror-themed skins. There are precious few pieces of information concerning the event at the time of writing. Nevertheless, we've compiled the full list for fan convenience.

Warzone Leak Unveils New Halloween-themed Event Details

@TheGhostOfHope explained that two new operator skins—one of which will feature the iconic Halloween character, Ghostface. The character serves as the outward identity of several antagonists within the American slasher film series, Scream. Four films have been released under the Scream name, in total, with each focusing on a killer using the mask of Ghostface to complete multiple murders. A fifth is planned for 2022.

It is, indeed, the mask that gives the character its name. Scream's iconic villain is commonly outfitted in all black—typically with a billowing cloak—sporting a stark white mask with wide-open eye sockets and mouth. Some fans have compared the mask's expression to that of the main subject in "The Scream" art piece painted in 1863 by Norwegian Expressionist Edvard Munch.

DBLTAP cannot confirm just how Warzone's art team is planning on implementing the skin in-game—but players can definitely expect to see the character's trademark mask. The skin will be available for a limited time when it goes live.

The second operator skin is unknown.

The launch date is also unknown, but we assume it will follow suit with last year's "The Haunting of Verdansk" within the last week of October.

Vanguard Zombies

Additionally, Activision is allegedly planning on revealing how zombies will make the jump to Vanguard around the same time. An apt time, giving the holiday implications.

Unfortunately, not much is known about Vanguard Zombies, either. We can assume that they could be making a preview appearance in the Warzone event should there be notable differences between the two. However, DBLTAP cannot confirm any speculations about a possible mode.

Call of Duty: Vanguard is scheduled to release on Nov. 5.
