Warzone Mechanics Apparently Won't Change Once Black Ops Cold War Releases
By Nick O'Neil

Warzone game mechanics will apparently remain the same even when Black Ops Cold War releasees according to leaker TheLongSensation.
A known COD leaker, TheLongSensation has recently shed some insights on the upcoming battle royale soon to launch in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
Warzone is essentially IW's Warzone (same movement and gun mechanics) - Treyarch will just add cosmetics, weapons, vehicles and that sort of thing. So in Warzone you'll be able to lean and mount with BOCW weapons, whereas in multiplayer you can't. So it's going to be interesting. https://t.co/NmzQDy9G7V

Warzone within Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will look eerily similar to its current state, claims TheLongSensation. The upcoming mode will feature the same movement and mechanics, including lean and mount features which will not be available in the multiplayer mode. While there are expected to be some new cosmetic changes taking place including additional weapon unlocks, the mechanics and even many previous weapons will remain.
Players excited about playing Warzone in the new Call of Duty installment may be frustrated by the number of bugs still in the game. Recently, players found a heartbeat sensor glitch which can instantly kill players. Infinity Ward has mentioned it is working on a fix, but it has yet to be patched into the game.
It's no surprise Infinity Ward and Activision don't plan to change anything in Warzone due to the popularity. Warzone is here to stay.
