Warzone players have a habit of being caught in frustrating situations. Desperate to come out of the battlefield victorious, they can sometimes encounter an unfortunate event that can turn a seemingly good run into one of misery. Among the most common of these mishaps are encountering maddening game-breaking bugs, meeting death after mistiming parachute deployment, or facing the classic death by loadout drop.

Across the internet, the Warzone community often brings to light the unlucky scenarios that players have found themselves in. Although these mishaps can upset the player facing them, the viral clips that they often create are sure to bring smiles and laughs to many. As they say, one man's pain is another man's pleasure.

Warzone Player's Finishing Move Backfires on Them

In a viral clip posted on Reddit by user, "daltonthekid," a Warzone player's seemingly good strategy to take down an opponent backfires on them in a tragic yet amusing fashion.

The clip begins with the player, attempting to execute an enemy from behind, slowly sneaking up a ladder to the top of a tower. They eventually reach their opponent, who's unaware that their death is imminent, and are perfectly set up to get an easy kill. What follows in this chain of events is a disaster. After performing a finishing move to execute their opponent, the player's animation gets canceled, and they proceed to fall down the tower, straight into their death.

At the cost of a loss, the Warzone player learned a valuable lesson: never try to finish off an opponent near a ledge. If players want to secure a victory, they should keep this in mind.
