Warzone Sniper Rifle Tier List August 2022

Our Warzone sniper rifle tier list for August 2022 is here to go over which of the guns are the best to use now that the new meta has settled down a bit once again after the launch of Raven Software's latest balancing update.

Since the initial Season 4 Reloaded patch, Warzone players have seen a handful of nerfs and buffs made at a rapid pace. As such, here is how the sniper rifles stack up in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 Reloaded in August 2022.

August 2022 Warzone Sniper Rifle Rankings

S Tier

• 3-Line Rifle
• ZRG 20mm

Sitting ever so comfortably in S Tier, the 3-Line Rifle and ZRG 20mm should remain to be the best options in the weapon class — something that, sadly, still isn't all that impressive in the grand scheme of things.

A Tier

• Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle
• HDR
• Kar98k (MW)
• AX-50
• LW3 - Tundra
• Kar98k (VG)

In A Tier are six snipers that are still top-tier viable and remain generally very balanced to use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are sitting right outside of the main meta, but are still able to get the job done and allow you to be competitive.

B Tier

• Swiss K31
• Type 99
• M82
• Pelington 703

These weapons in B Tier remain viable, but could still use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider using them.

C Tier

• SP-R 208
• Rytec AMR
• Dragunov

The C Tier includes three rifles that have definitely needed some more buffs and are still not close to having a place in the Warzone meta.
