Watch Dogs: Legion pre-orders are still up, even if the game was scrapped for PS4 and Xbox One in favor of their more powerful, soon to be on the scene cousins. While some retailers are already sold out of the Collector’s Edition of the game, and resellers have already taken full advantage, Legion sports a total of four retail SKUs, so getting your hands on a copy in time for launch during Holiday 2020 should not bee too much of a hassle.
Even more dizzying than the sheer amount of content that comes with every version of the game, especially considering the Collector’s Edition, is the planned platforms that the game will be released on. Able to fully pick your poison, Watch Dogs: Legion will be available on:
Xbox Series X
PC Download - Epic Games Store
PC Download - Ubisoft Games Store
UPLAY+ - PC only subscription from $6.99 USD
Watch Dogs Legion Pre-Order - How to Get Your Copy
You can pre-order Watch Dogs: Legion from one central location, regardless of the version of the game you want, platform to play on, or whether you wish to own the game in physical or digital form from the Ubisoft official webpage for Legion.
Incredibly intuitive, the menu will first ask what platform you wish to play on. Once you have chosen your platform of choice (Stadia currently is not an option), you can select your version of the game that you would like (physical or digital).
A drop-down menu comparing editions and content will appear, letting you exactly what you are getting with each version (note that not all game versions are available for pre-order, depending on if you choose physical or digitals copies).
Selecting digital copies for Xbox and Playstation will direct you to those platforms online stores, while you can pre-order physical copies of the game for consoles directly from Ubisoft’s online store. You can also pre-order the game from various online retailers such as Amazon.com and traditional brick & mortar locations such as Gamestop.
