What you can do as a ghost in Phasmophobia could make or break the game for your teammates.
Kinetic Games wasn't about to make this game easy for its players. Much like the spirits each team is searching, the individual players could soon take a trip to the Underworld. Death is very real in this new psychological horror game, Phasmophobia. Fortunately, there is a bit of opportunity after losing your sanity and falling prey to the beyond.
Remember, you will (most likely) die.
What Can You do as a Ghost in Phasmophobia?
There are a few things you can do after your own untimely demise in Phasmophobia. Most of these have to do with simply observing the game, however.
Players can follow their living team members around, interact with some elements in the world, and taunt the hunting specters currently on the map. Active entities can still hear the cries of those who they killed. However, living teammates cannot. Unless the entire party is using an additional form of communication, no amount of shouting or warning will cross the veil.
This can be a bit disappointing for those looking to have some phantasmic fun. Fortunately, Kinetic is working on a solution. One little known fact about Phasmophobia is that it has a living Trello board where the community can keep track of ideas and updates to the game. One such post includes "Add something for dead players to do."
Hopefully, this dead players patch will come sooner rather than later.
